High Customer Expectations Consumers demand more from their shopping environment. They are sophisticated and price conscious, looking for distinctive retail experiences where they feel comfortable. They are looking for a lifestyle centre with distinctive specialty stores and the opportunity to enjoy either a unique dining or entertainment experience.
The new Aberdeen Centre will be uniquely positioned to cater to this sophisticated, affluent group of Asian and Western shoppers. Unique Position Currently there are no other high-end malls serving the Asian market. Most of the existing centres are considered too specialized for Non-Asian shoppers.
