Open, Airy Showcase. The new Centre will be an architectural showcase where organic forms integrate with curved interior terraces. Three levels of shopping follow a gracefully curved central galleria anchored at one end by a massive amphitheatre-style Court. The ceiling is dominated by randomly sized skylights which will bathe everything in natural light. The open sight lines from every level allow you a clear view from the Food Court on the third level.
Outside, the Centre glass facade is composed of varying tints and types of glass lear, translucent and opaque. This brings the inside out, creating a dynamic display of lighting, colour, signage and reflections for a distinctive look day and night like a modern urban lantern. Curb side parking, generous sidewalks and trees throughout the six acre development set the stage for a dynamic urban neighbourhood shopping area. |
